DCN have introduced a new stand alone depositor to its range of equipment.
The depositor is designed to accurately portion liquid and semi liquid products at high speed with the following features:

• Stainless steel lobes
• Twice as fast as piston type (no recharge time)
• Micro processor control
• HMI display
• Inverter drive
• All stainless steel construction
• The unit is fully adjustable for height
• One or multiple shot
• The standard model can be activated by a foot pedal or positioned over a travelling conveyor to portion into containers using a photo electric cell
• Optional head sizes and shapes. Ideal for fruit, soups, sauces and ready meal type products
• Typical deposits are between 20 and 200 grams with speeds up to 40 packs per min*
• All food contact parts are strip cleanable without tools
• The unit is specially designed to ensure that product is not damaged
• Various nozzles are available for spot or layering of product
• Standard hopper or pressure feed from our transfer vessels can be supplied
