For customers who require a solution for cooking pasta, rice and vegetables, our new design 4003 Cook Quench Chill System will cook and cool products automatically.

Small batch ethnic foods or ready meals, are cooked at high temperatures and with remarkable speed in our Steam Jacketed Wok Style Braising Pan.

The DCN Cook Tank is for those requiring a slower cook - vacuum packaged meats, poultry and prepared foods are circulated in a hot water bath, providing you with a tender and flavoursome product.
