DA Cooler

Glycol Jacketed Cooling Vessel designed for the cooling of a wide range of products including soups, stews, sauces, and preserves. The DA Cooler can be integrated with a range of equipment including DCN kettles, vacuum trolleys and bratt pans.

Tumble Chiller

Part of the CapKold process, chills bags of hot products such as soups, sauces and ready meals resulting in an extended shelf life.

Anchor Cooling System

Cooked product is transferred into transportable cooling vessel without pumps, reducing product damage. This patented system was designed for batch producers of sauces, chilli and products that have a liquid base.
