A New Generation of High Tilting
Cooking Kettles
The MultiMix kettle is a high tilting
kettle with a sturdy mixer integrated in the kettle
bottom. Besides being a top performance cooking kettle,
the MultiMix kettle will also mix, whip or mash the
content in the kettle. These cooking processes previously
requiring various machines may now be achieved with
the same machine, allowing the cooking process to be
more effective. The MultiMix kettle is as standard equipped
with electronic heat, mixer and water filling control
and an ergonomically correct lid with gas spring. The
mixer has six pre-programmed mixing patterns where speed
and mixing time are continuously variable. Due to personal
safety the mixer will automatically decrease the speed
to a safe level when the lid is open. Due to that it
is possible to add ingredients and to check the food
being cooked while the mixer is rotating slowly, it
is also possible to use the mixer while emptying the
kettle to ensure a more equal distribution of the content.
