One New DCN Flat Belt Skeleton
Conveyor.
This is an ex-show unit 2.5
metres long with a 300mm wide belt. The drive is a motorized
drum. The conveyor is rated as the most hygienic design
on the market having no nuts or bolts and the belt capable
of full removal without tools in seconds. The belt is
permanently tensioned and the height adjustment is simple
from the support frame. The levelling is also unique
as again there are no studs or ground level areas of
contamination. Side tables are available if required
and clip into the pre-laser cut belt support ribs. The
conveyor design is totally unique and several patents
have been applied for on it.
