'Star Deck®' The New All Stainless Steel Tread Plate

DCN have designed a brand new stainless steel tread plate based on formed sections with a no sharp edge pattern called STAR DECK®.

The plate has been designed for our own systems but having been asked by several OEM fabricators to supply them we have started to manufacture standard forms and lengths (see drawing), which are available ex stock. Due to massive investment in LASER and Punch technology the price for the treads is very competitive and can be custom made to suit your individual requirements, be it steps, spiral staircases or just decking. We also have a range of stainless steel floor tile to compliment the decking.
