The Tumble Chiller is designed to chill filled hot casings from +85°C to + 4°C in less than approximately one hour until their temperature has been reduced.

Chiller is designed to accept loads of up to approximately 750 litres (TC-75), 1000 litres (TC-100) of product at a time.
Drum is designed to gently rotate. The operator will choose the mode of operation according to the nature of the product.
Chiller is equipped with a heat exchanger to seperate the externally supplied cooling medium from the product chilling water.
Chiller is designed to reduce the temperature of the hot product from +85°C to +4°C in less than approximately one hour, dependent on product's ability to give up heat.
It is fully self contained, piped and wired, and requires only the connection of the operating services.

Adjustable feet for levelling and cleaning under machine.
Manufactured totally in 304 polished stainless steel.
Stainless steel plate heat exchanger.

Lift off side panels for easy access and maintenance.
Manual over-ride system, on drain and door opening.
All electrical components mounted in sealed enclosed cabinet tropicalised prior to despatch.
Digital temperature readout programmable to achieve any cleaning or re-thermalizing requirements.
Fully interlocked door, (diameter size 880mm).
Simple controls for either cleaning or cooling operations.
Selecting cooling cycle and time with added safety should desired temperature not be reached the microprocessor counts an additional 5 minutes and re-checks.
The door is totally interlocked until the set parameters are achieved.
PLC controlled for simplicity and reliability.
All valves pneumatically piston operated for reliability.
In line filter for protection against burst bag.
